Who Can Purchase Cannabis from High Country Healing?

21+ adults can legally purchase and consume cannabis from High Country Healing.

How Much Cannabis Can I Purchase from High Country Healing?

Any adult with a valid ID (more on that below) can purchase up to one ounce of cannabis per day in Colorado, including flower, concentrates, and edibles. Colorado considers 1 oz of cannabis flower to be the equivalent of 8 grams of concentrate (wax, shatter, etc.) or 800 milligrams of edibles.

How Should I Pay for My Cannabis Purchased from High Country Healing?

You can pay with cash (you can withdraw cash from our on-site ATM if necessary). You can also pay with your debit card.

Where Can I Consume Cannabis Purchased from High Country Healing?

Many Colorado travelers are (rightfully) concerned about where to legally consume the cannabis they (legally) purchase in our state. The State of Colorado prohibits public cannabis consumption. Instead, you must consume in the privacy of your residence, provided the landlord, homeowner, or vacation rental property owner offers consent. Unfortunately, you cannot legally consume cannabis in our national parks or on our slopes (so don’t try). It’s also illegal to consume cannabis in a parked car; that’s still considered public, so don’t do it.

21+ local visitors must bring a valid Colorado state ID to demonstrate they can legally purchase cannabis from High Country Healing (or any other dispensary). 21+ out-of-state visitors and tourists can legally purchase cannabis from High Country Healing using a valid government-issued ID. Please note that if you reside outside of the United States and visit High Country Healing, you must present a valid passport. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept foreign government-issued IDs.
